- Advised a listed bank in relation to a complex range of transactions including: the first insurance-related bond, a USD $1.8 Billion refinance facility, its merger with a Qatari based bank, the incorporation of a brokerage company, the incorporation of a QFC-based insurance company, the restructuring of a QAR 850 Million facility and Islamic compliant operations and transactions.
